Match Report Press Report

Winchester 7 Lost to Fair Oak 4.

With the away team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, Home advantage looked to be needed to take the win. The stats turned out to be correct, with a fine Away win.

On paper, the number 1 string should have been the closest, with only 38 ranking points separating the two players before the match. Home advantage prevailed though, with Mark Mack winning through.

It was the number 2 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 105 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Joe Pannell.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 2 string, Joe Pannell, gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 2 string, Joe Pannell, who over-turned a 1149 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
